TAX

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billing in New York. Tax will be calculated based on your zip code and added to your order during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to most countries with very few restrictions. Canadian and International shipping costs are calculated during checkout on a per package basis depending on the weight, size and destination of the shipment. Some countries require additional duties, taxes or other charges which International and Canadian shipments may be subject to upon delivery. International and Canadian shipping costs that are calculated and paid during checkout include shipping from our warehouse to your address, however shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes or other charges that are administered by customs.t, if one of the above conditions is not fulfilled.

RETURN POLICY?

We promise you will love everything you buy from LSW. However, we understand mistakes are made. So here's our assurance:

• If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
• If you make a mistake with your order, email us and we will see what we can do fairly to help you get the shirt you want. We want you to be happy with your order.
• Since bulk orders receive a substantial discount, we can only provide exchanges or returns for those items that are materially different than the original order or defective in some way.

Since size information is readily available on the site, we may not choose to not accept a return or exchange at our discretion. If you would like to return an item, please email us (support@leadingsalons.com) within 30 days of placing the order and describe the problem. Include your order number in the correspondence. Please note: Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by LSW.
