Ettore began his advanced training after a trip to Paris Fashion Week where he instantly knew hairdressing was his calling. He remained in Paris to refine his skills while working with Alexander de Paris and organizations such as Haut Couture and InterCouture New York. After relocating to Philadelphia, Ettore became Artistic Director at Pierre and Carlo, spending 10 years working on seasonal collections while also freelancing. It did not take long for the fashion world to take notice of his adventurous approach and technical brilliance. Ettore's work has been featured in Vogue, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, GQ and backstage at international fashion weeks. He also opened the award winning Ettore Salon and Spa, in the heart of Center City. Ettore has become one of Philadelphia's most prolific hairdressers, attracting celebrities from all corners of the globe to his chair, including Susan Sarandon, Elizabeth Taylor and Liza Minnelli. Natalie Freeman, Master Stylist/Colorist for The Rittenhouse Spa & Club - Hair by Paul Labrecque, has always had a passion for beauty and fashion, knowing the salon industry was for her.
Natalie honed her skills with extensive training in Europe and the United States and has since accrued over 25 years of experience in the industry. Her career began in Philadelphia at the premier salon Pileggi on the Square, where she was part of the creative design team for over 15 years. Additionally, Natalie launched the hugely successful salon, Natalie and Co., in Yardley, Pa. but sold it after 11 years in favor of a simpler lifestyle. She has worked on runway, print and television, and her work has been in several publications, including Philadelphia Magazine's "Best of Philly" for makeovers and blowouts. Known for creating effortless, fashion forward styles, Natalie believes that hair is a woman's most important accessory and can give her great confidence. She creates styles that are as individual as the client's personality, focusing on the client as a whole and taking into consideration her lifestyle and dedication to her beauty routine.

Erica Engstrom, Colorist/Balayage Specialist for The Rittenhouse Spa & Club - Hair by Paul Labrecque, enjoys using her creative background to make client's color visions a reality.
Born and raised in Montauk, N.Y., Erica went on to study Fine Arts, earning her BFA with a concentration in Sculpture at SUNY New Paltz. Post-graduation, she moved to Philadelphia, craving a more urban environment, and started her career in the salon industry at the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute. While finishing up her schooling she was invited to join the company, where she learned advanced techniques through its extensive mentoring program. She also attended intensive color workshops such as balayage classes taught by Hubert Cartier of Fekkai fame, as well as classes on formulation and corrective color with globally-recognized Lupe Voss and David Adams. Her main focus is low maintenance, healthy hair, mimicking the sunkissed beachy hair she grew up seeing on surfers every summer. She also enjoys providing fun color on adults that need to keep it age appropriate, joking that her clients are "rebels with a job."

As part of the team at The Rittenhouse Spa & Club - Hair by Paul Labrecque, Roxy Brennan, Stylist/Extension Specialist, brings classic style with her own unique twist to every person who sits in her chair.
Professionally trained at the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, Roxy enjoys teaching the same helpful tips and tricks that she learned there, for aspiring assistants today. Making her clients feel confident by providing them with head turning hair styles has always been her number one goal. Specializing in a variety of extension services, Roxy is also able to produce flawless dry cuts and beautiful balayage highlights to create the latest looks of soft highlights and ombré design. Her favorite part of being a stylist is watching her clients fall in love with their new looks!

Master Barber
Brittany Johnson joined the Paul Labrecque team as a Master Barber at The Rittenhouse Spa & Club - Hair by Paul Labrecque. Her classic approach to straight razors and shears has earned her a strong following in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Brittany studied at Rizzieri Aveda School for Beauty and Wellness and honed her craft at two men's salons in New Jersey before crossing the bridge into Philadelphia. For the last five years, Brittany has made a name for herself as a mainstay at the Art of Shaving in Center City, Philadelphia. While there, she was featured on local television and in Allure Magazine, where she contributed to "6 Things You Never Knew About Shaving," offering her insight on skincare and proper shaving techniques.
Licensed in both barbering and cosmetology, Brittany provides her clients with one of a kind treatment, personalized to suit individual hair and skin care needs. Her straight razor shaves provide a relaxing escape that includes a face and eye mask, facial massage, neck and shoulder rub, lemongrass scalp treatment and an Indian head massage. Through consultation, Brittany applies her expertise in men's grooming to recommend the appropriate services, ranging from waxing to haircoloring, to achieve a natural and sophisticated look.
In addition to her work at salons, Brittany has lent her talents to the Movember Foundation, volunteering as a Master Barber during their annual fundraiser to raise awareness and promote the importance of men's health. In her downtime, one can find Brittany walking her dog throughout Philadelphia and spending time with friends and family.
