In 2016, Mitko Damov opened his own Academy, where his Team is trained by experienced professionals on a global level, in line with the latest trends in hairdressing and coloring, make-up and in the philosophy of beauty.

Mitko Damov has developed his own brand Vogue Vision – Mitko Damov Franchising, which is the first one in the beauty area in Bulgaria. He has developed the brands GAMMA&BROSS and he is the one and only official distributor of the brand La Biosthetique Paris for Bulgaria.
For almost 20 years he has been developing the concept of Vogue Vision being the best beauty salons in Bulgaria.
Traditionally, Mitko Damov organizes at least twice a year splendid hairstyle spectacles where he presents new hairstyle trends, new products from La Biosthetique Paris, etc.
