Rossano Ferretti, the grandson of Renato, a barber and son of hairdresser Gigliola, was born in Campegine, a village of 500 inhabitants in the province of Reggio Emilia in 1960. As a child who loved beauty and the harmony of proportions, the family drove him to follow in the footsteps of tradition, and so at age 14, he found himself in hairdressing school. After one year at beauty school, Rossano wanted to look for a new challenge, so he went to London, where he discovered the "hair design": Mary Quant,Twiggy and a new kind of fashion. When Rossano returned to Italy he began to offer exclusive and luxury custom services to celebrities, influencers, and socialites worldwide. He openeded his first salon in Parma, followed by Verona, Chiavari, Madrid, Venice, Vienna, Rome, Milan, Bologna, Belgrade, Miami, Mumbai, Paris and New York over the next 20 years and each salon was as successful as the last. The key to the success of Rossano Ferretti is the creation of his own method. His natural instinct for beauty, led to a revolution in the way of understanding the style of hair: the haircut that falls naturally. It is the stylist’s body movement that brings a new aesthetic which rejects standardization and conformity. From the beginning, his method of hairdressing was appreciated by women because he understood the essence of their femininity and he interpreted this with taste, discretion and respect. Rossano Ferretti then found in L’Oréal, an ideal partner to further achieve that excellence in service, which is a prerequisite of the “Method”.
Style Director
Jan discovered his passion for hair at the early age of 15. He was inspired by his own family of hairdressers and he has been creating beauty images for over 20 years. After joining the Rossano Ferretti team at the age of 20, he has worked with Ferretti in his Milan, Madrid, Paris, Venice salons and most recently the New York salon. Jan has been a styling director since 2004 in the Rossano Ferretti Academy in Madrid and has toured Europe teaching numerous hair shows and hair seminars. His eye for individual beauty and inner talent has introduced a unique hair image to his New York clientele. He believes that every woman has her own sense of style and culture, therefore her hair should enhance her own inner beauty. Some of Jan's clientele include Lady Gaga, Ariadne Gil and Ines De La Fressange. He has been included in many L'Oreal Professionnel hair shows as well as credits in Vogue, Marie Claire and InStyle Magazines.
Head Colorist
Kathy Galotti began her career in 1982 as an apprentice to Louis Licari at New York’s famous La Coupe Salon. She quickly became a colorist at La Coupe and followed Licari in 1987 when he opened his own salon. Well-known for her ability to make colored hair look “natural”, Kathy soon captured the attention of celebrities and New York’s elite. She remained at the Licari salon for 28 years where she coveted the title of Color
Director. Kathy has trained many of the finest colorists today in New York and Los Angeles.
Kathy joined Rossano Ferretti Hairspa team as Color Director when the salon opened on Madison and 57th street in 2010. She continues to cater to her loyal clientele while educating and developing the color team.
Having handled the tresses of super stars such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Frances McDormand, Emmy Rossum, Jessica Lange, Emmy Roberts, Richard Gere, Emmy Rossum, Jessica Lange, Emmy Roberts, Richard Gere, Chris Noth, as well as many of our favorite news anchors from Natalie Morales, Hoda Kotb and Katie Couric, has made Kathy one of the most sought out colorists of New York.

Originally from the artistic city of Napoli, Italy, Anna started her hair career at 16 years old back in the 90's. Her fundamental base training was obtained in Napoli which lasted 5 years and this was a place where hair was designed by true professionals. This philosophy allowed her to excel her knowledge of hair styling. Her hair journey continued in the US in 1996 where she teamed up with Oscar Blondi and her forte for hair was quickly discovered by the New York clientele such as Charlize Theron, Jennifer Garner and Katie Holmes. Her work has been featured in Glamour Magazine. Looking for new challenges while in New York in 2004 Anna joined Metodo Rossano Ferretti where she mastered Rossano Ferretti hair technique. She also worked in the Parma and Rome Rossano Ferretti Hair salons.
Colorist
When renowned European hair spa aficionado Rossano Ferretti set his sights on Manhattan, he sought to create an environment that marries artistic creativity with progressive technique. With this concept in mind, and a desire to assemble a team of the very best hair technicians New York City has to offer, Rossano Ferretti recruited Kristen Vincelli. Kristen brings sixteen years of experience as a top hair colorist and corrective color expert with the Louis Licari Color Group. Kristen's naturalistic approach is a perfect fit with Ferretti's "INOA" room, where her clients experience tremendous results and comfortably enjoy the latest approach to an odor free and healthier atmosphere. Kristen's love for accentuating the most striking attributes of each client's natural color palate rewards one with a feeling of confidence and beauty in its truest form. Kristen's work has been featured in many magazines as well as on "Regis and Kelly Live."

Naoko is someone with an undeniable charm and energy backed by a ceaseless work ethic, providing inventive personalized looks to fit any occasion and location creating looks that range from natural, chic, to elegant.
Naoko’s passion into beauty and hair began in Tokyo in 1998 where she secured herself a position at Tokyo’s top salon, Taya. Immersing herself with the top professionals of Tokyo where she would remain for the next 6 years, she quickly advanced to senior stylist, working on nationally famous models and talents for TV shows, music videos, and big name magazines.
In 2006 Naoko broke out unto the Manhattan scene quickly securing herself a position at the acclaimed Warren-Tricomi salon. Recognized for her talent and expertise Naoko’s projects expanded featuring the New York Fashion Week, the US Open, the Food Network, Netflix, Today Show, the Wall Street Journal, Dior, Estee Lauder where she exceled in live shows, commercials, and music videos.
Naoko’s gifted eye for make-up has succeeded in the wedding industry, famous for achieving a natural dewy appearance that radiates. Capable of any type of updo Naoko established herself as a wedding event specialist working in environments ranging from sandy beaches to top tier ballrooms and gala halls. Her expertise attracted the attention of celebrities including Jordan Sparks, Candice Swanepoel, Joel Schumacher, Kid Cudi, Katie Lee, and Gad Elmaleh, working major events and projects for each.
This year Naoko was invited to partake of the Rossano-Ferretti family where she hopes to continue providing elite service and welcoming new clientele after 10 years at Warren-Tricomi.
Stylist
Originally from Tokyo, Shunsuke started his hair career at the age of 20 in Japan. He realized his passion for hair while growing up around his legendary uncle Suga in the 70's and 80's. After his inspiration with his uncle, Shunsuke moved to the US to pursue his hair dream and share with the world his special talent. Once in the States, he started working for one of his uncle's salons "Suga Salon". His talent was soon recognized by media and salons like Fekkai, Helen Lee and Louis Licari. Before joining his most recent position as a stylist at Rossano Ferretti Hairspa in NYC, Shunsuke directed the Licari's cutting department for 10 years. He now extended his haircutting talent by learing the Metodo Technique by Rossano Ferretti and spends half of every other month traveling to Japan and pleasing his hometown clientele. Shunsuke's work has been featured in InStyle magazine and the Today Show. He has done many hair seminars in Japan and featured in many major Japanese magazines as well as TV shows.
Colourist
Reyna Garcia developed a passion for beauty at a very young age. During her childhood and early teenage years she took great joy in transforming her family and friends into beautiful works of art. She would experiment for hours with makeup design and styling their hair.
Excited and incredibly intrigued by the idea that she could use her creativity to begin a career, Reyna decided to enroll in beauty school. After graduating she sought an apprenticeship at the John Sahag Workshop where she perfected the art of color theory and enhanced her techniques.
Eight years later Reyna decided that she was ready to take her career to the next level, and it was then she discovered Rossano Ferretti. She felt that because of Rossano’s philosophy and vision of a luxury 5 star service brand, it was the perfect opportunity to create the environment that her clients have always deserved.
Reyna’s exceptional ability to create both natural and tactfully playful looks over the years has allowed her to cultivate a strong client base including Padma Lakshmi, Theo James, Matthias Schoenaerts, Bonny Sommerville, Holt McCallany, Irina Pantaeva, Cyndi Lauper, Noomi Rapace from the original version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

With her love of beauty encompassing every aspect of her life, Sharon has been able to apply her signature techniques, five star customer service skills, and keen eye for each client into the realm of hair care. Her in-depth consultations and professional expertise allows her to achieve a signature one-of-kind look that not only compliments a client’s inner beauty, but also shines a light on Sharon’s perfectionist outlook.

Colorist
Melinda Nikka’s meticulous sense of detail and drive for perfection combined with her passion for making others feel good about themselves, ultimately lead her to pursue a career in the beauty business. After enrolling in beauty school, she knew right away that she had a gift for color.
Melinda worked at Louis Licari where she began training as personal assistant to Master Colorist and Educator, Kathy Galotti. Melinda then followed her to The Rossano Ferretti Hairspa in 2010 where she now specializes in highlights.
Melinda believes that every woman has a very unique sense of beauty that can be dramatically enhanced if they have the right hair color. “It’s not just about matching skin tone with eye color, you also have to appeal to her sense of style. If you have the gift to visualize this combination, you have the power to bring out her truest form of beauty in the most naturalistic way”.
Manicurist
Megumi Yamamoto began her beauty career in Japan in 1995. She moved to NY in 1997. She started off as a hair assistant before quickly realizing that her true calling was to become a manicurist. In 2007 she signed with an agency and became one of the most sought after manicurists in the international fashion and beauty world.
Megumi’s work has been featured in high end magazines such as Vogue U.S., France, Italy, Russia, China, Japan and Vogue British, W Magazine, Instyle, Glamour, Marie Claire, and Interview Magazine.
Megumi has worked with top fashion and beauty photographers such as the legendary Annie Leibovitz, Ben Hassett, Crag McDean, David Sims, Glen Luchford,Mario Sorrenti, Patrick Demarchelier, Paolo Roversi, Raymond Meier, Steven Meisel, Steven Klein, Solve Sunsbo, Terry Richardson.
