Rossano Ferretti, the grandson of Renato, a barber and son of hairdresser Gigliola, was born in Campegine, a village of 500 inhabitants in the province of Reggio Emilia in 1960. As a child who loved beauty and the harmony of proportions, the family drove him to follow in the footsteps of tradition, and so at age 14, he found himself in hairdressing school. After one year at beauty school, Rossano wanted to look for a new challenge, so he went to London, where he discovered the "hair design": Mary Quant,Twiggy and a new kind of fashion. When Rossano returned to Italy he began to offer exclusive and luxury custom services to celebrities, influencers, and socialites worldwide. He openeded his first salon in Parma, followed by Verona, Chiavari, Madrid, Venice, Vienna, Rome, Milan, Bologna, Belgrade, Miami, Mumbai, Paris and New York over the next 20 years and each salon was as successful as the last. The key to the success of Rossano Ferretti is the creation of his own method. His natural instinct for beauty, led to a revolution in the way of understanding the style of hair: the haircut that falls naturally. It is the stylist’s body movement that brings a new aesthetic which rejects standardization and conformity. From the beginning, his method of hairdressing was appreciated by women because he understood the essence of their femininity and he interpreted this with taste, discretion and respect. Rossano Ferretti then found in L’Oréal, an ideal partner to further achieve that excellence in service, which is a prerequisite of the “Method”.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Sue Yi has always had a strong appreciation for color, beauty and precision and an artistic flare. She trained at Monterey Bay Beauty College where she realized that her passion was to transform beauty through hair and use color as her medium. Yi's philosophy is that each client is a canvas and using a variety of mixed color art methods, she can custom design beautiful natural colors. Rich, beautiful natural looking hair color makes her happy and Sue works hard to perfect her custom color palette with a wide range of natural hues that blend and compliment skin tones. She has great respect for the craft of hair color and design. Sue loves to play with color and work freehand to create her colors which is why balayage and ombre looks have become her signatures. Sue also has an expertise in color correcting and flawlessly transforming looks from one tonal group to another, to create the ideal fit for each clients'hair. While she has extensive expertise in blond, red, amber and highlights, she also has a truly masterful touch with a full range of auburn - from warm caramel toned browns to bronze, russet and even the coolest deep brown tonalities - perfecting the often elusive "natural look" for her brunette clients. Once she arrived in Los Angeles she began her career at Louis Licari, where she rose to be a sought after lead colorist, working with Hollywood clients known for great, strong colors including Jodie Foster, Rebecca DeMornay, France O'Conner and Val Kilmer. Sue joined the Rossano Ferretti team to open the Beverly Hills Salon in Fall 2011.

Growing up as a competitive dancer, Salina has always been a part of visual arts world.
With her love of stage hair and makeup, her passion to be a part of the beauty industry continued to grow.
At the age of 17 she attended her first day of cosmetology school.
This is where her deep love for haircolor began, it was second nature.
She has a strong understanding of the chemistry behind it, as well as a natural eye to best compliment skin tones and eye color. Over the past 7 years, Salina has studied under a few top colorists in the industry, striving to perfect formulations as well as the latest techniques, such as balayage (a french highlighting technique used to create sunkissed looking highlights). She creates beautiful, natural looking color using the safest products on the market, specializing in INOA.
This is L'Oreal Professionnel’s first ammonia free permanent color.

Celebrity hair stylist Alina Ratta sets the trends for today’s hottest looks with over 19 years of experience working with an extensive client list, establishing her as one of the most sought after hairdressers on the west coast. She has become a virtual apothecary with her essential oil scalp treatments, always preferring natural ingredients to chemicals, in addition to her extensive experience with picture perfect extensions, haircuts, blow dries, Keratin and Brazilian blow-dry’s, up-do’s.
Alina began her hair career working alongside some of the biggest names in London, England. After training under the prestigious Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy and the London hair academy, Alina brought her expertise to Beverly Hills where she currently resides at the renowned Rossano Ferretti salon.
Currently, Alina is part of the official glam squad on the 8th season of the Bravo hit reality series, “The Millionaire Matchmaker”, where she is responsible in transforming the recruited women and men for their televised dates. Alina is able to provide her top level work as a professional hair stylist under the tight time restrictions of production, often working on many clients at once. In 2012, Alina was chosen to be the on-camera hair stylist for Pantene’s Beautiful Lengths program, where she performed drastic transformations for six women who had committed to cutting their hair to donate to the organization to make wigs for breast cancer survivors. Also she is the head hairstylist for the west coast Badgley Mischka fashion shows.

In Lebanon, where my parents were born, beauty is a huge industry and I was always determined in perfecting my blowdry and practicing on my family’s thick, coarse hair. This is my passion!
