Stay hydrated easily
Staying hydrated is the first step of natural beauty as our body is composed 60% of water. Your first job therefore always should be to maintain this level to be healthy and full of vitality.
However during summer period, keeping body and skin hydrated is sometimes difficult. Here are some little tips to stay hydrated easily.
You probably already know it; you have to drink to stay hydrated. But drinking the 1.5 liter of water as advised is not always easy. You can consume it also by choosing the right food cleverly. Vegetables and fruits are rich in water especially zucchinis and watermelons for instance.
When you go outside in the sun try to limit your exposition to sun rays between 2PM and 4PM when the sun is strongest. Also try to always carry a little bottle of water with you. This is a good way to encourage you to drink even if you are not thirsty.
To stay hydrated without adding steps to your beauty ritual, you just have to choose the right products. Your make-up can be a good asset especially a lipstick that hydrates and plumps your lips.
